How much do you charge for projects?+
Pricing depends on scope, complexity, level of detail, and timeline. Rather than fixed packages, we provide flexible custom quotes after a short consultation so you only pay for what your project actually needs.
How accurate is your estimating?+
Our estimates are built from current drawings, regional pricing data, and trade-level breakdowns so contractors can rely on them through buyout and procurement.
What does a typical quantity takeoff include?+
Discipline-by-discipline quantities mapped back to specific drawing sheets, organized for estimators and subcontractors to use directly in bidding.
Do you provide MEP services for residential and commercial projects?+
Yes. We support mechanical, electrical, and plumbing modeling and coordination for residential, multifamily, and commercial work.
What is your visualization workflow?+
We start with a kickoff and reference review, then move to modeling, materials, lighting, and detailing, with checkpoints at each stage so you stay in control.
Do you work directly with contractors and subcontractors?+
Yes — supporting contractors and subcontractors is core to what we do. Most of our clients are GCs, trades, developers, and architects.
What is the typical project timeline?+
Single still renders typically take 5–10 business days. Larger packages, animations, and estimating scopes are scheduled around your milestones.
How many revisions are included?+
Each project includes structured revision rounds at defined checkpoints. Additional revisions outside scope are quoted transparently.
What file formats do you deliver?+
Renders in JPG/PNG/TIFF, animations in MP4/MOV, models in your preferred exchange formats, and estimating in Excel or your platform of choice.
Do you sign NDAs?+
Absolutely. Confidentiality is standard practice, and we sign NDAs prior to receiving any sensitive project data.
Can you start from sketches or CAD only?+
Yes. We work from sketches, PDFs, CAD, BIM, or any combination — and we'll tell you upfront what we need to deliver the level of fidelity you want.
